簡單壓力容器SPVD介紹

簡單壓力容器歐盟CE認證法規為：2014/29/EU ，2016年(nian)4月20日起，簡單壓力容(rong)器（Simple Pressure Vessel）指(zhi)(zhi)令(ling)（SPVD）新指(zhi)(zhi)令(ling)2014/29/EU正式施行(xing)，取代舊指(zhi)(zhi)令(ling)2009/105/EC。

 

簡單壓力容器定義

• 焊接成型；
• 內部表壓大于5 bar；
• 介質：空氣或氮氣；
• 非受火；
• 承壓件構成材料：非合金優質鋼、非合金鋁、非時效硬化鋁合金；
• 結構形式：圓柱形殼體+碟形封頭/平封頭；
• PS≤30 bar & PS×V≤10 000 bar·L；
• -50℃≤TS≤300℃（鋼）或100℃（鋁及鋁合金）。

認證流程

• 向歐測提供產品的基本信息，用來判斷CE認證產品的適用標準，并確定產品的認證模式，如：以及產品的型號列表、材料、規格、性能、特性和用途等。
• 根據認證模式制定培訓、測試和審核計劃，并協商和確定認證的詳細內容和價格，簽署合作協議。
• 產品標準和生產管理體系培訓和初次評估。
• 焊工資格證的培訓，取得
• 樣品型式試驗、工廠審核（根據認證模式確定）。
• 后續監督（根據認證模式確定）。
• 技術文件要求:
• 容器總說明；
• 設計建造圖紙;
• 設計標準；
• 基本安全要求分析，當設計標準為非協調標準時；
• 設計計算結果、測試結果；
• 容器使用說明；
• 建造說明：材料選擇、焊接方法選擇、檢查選擇及其它與容器設計相關的詳細信息；
• 焊接工藝評定、焊工證及焊接操作證；
• 代表生產類型的容器樣品；
• 主承壓部件材料檢驗證書；
• 檢驗計劃。

 

類別劃分以及認證模式

認證方案：

First Step/第一步:

The first step is for the manufacturer, or his authorized representative established in the EEA, to apply for and obtain from an approved body, before series manufacture commences, an EC certificate of adequacy or an EC type examination certificate (see Annex D for details). Where the vessels are to be manufactured so as to conform to a 'relevant national standard', the applicant may choose for which certificate to apply; where that is not the case, the application must be for a type examination certificate.刷出：EC certificate of adequacy-design 也可以EC type examination certificate 資格證。

Second step/第二步：

Category A.1: EC verification Procedure-F

申請認證平臺有必要應許企業每的個儲槽的出水量某些汽壓研究。100%

Category A.2 and A.3:

Option 1: EC verification Procedure10%： 檢定占比10%一般來說情形下，查驗檢測身材比例10%，一些檢樣由認可查驗檢測醫院對其進行購選。Option 2: EC Certification of conformity procedure-surveillance 批次線定期檢查策略

Frequency of inspection body operation檢驗機構的檢驗頻次:

a) 如同系重壓袋子的生孩子率實現3000/年，正常值情況個數性抽測日子為幾年1次；實現6000/年，正常值情況個數性抽測日子為幾年2次。檢檢組織將個數性選取兩位袋子，同系款式規格年通常選取1種款式規格一套袋子。b) 歷年產銷量低于3000臺的，要做一位批的測試，測試比倒10%，歷年產銷量可超過6000臺的要做2次測試。    -a batch of vessels consists at the most of 3000 vessels of the model of the same type. 批件的很多量為3000有一個生產批號。
